Capital Nephrology Medical Group (CNMG) is Sacramento's largest independent provider group for Nephrology Services since 1983. Our physicians are committed to providing quality care to patients with acute kidney failure, hypertension, polycystic kidney disease, chronic kidney disease, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and other kidney related illnesses. In addition to our multiple office locations, we have an Access Center with an array of quality services to our dialysis and pre-dialysis patients. The Access Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
