Valley Contractors Exchange is a Planroom / Builders Exchange servicing the north valley including Butte, Yuba, Sutter, Colusa, Plumas, Colusa, Glenn & Tehama Counties. Administrated from the Chico location, we also have space within a member's office in Yuba City where members can use a member computer or request plan copies.
