Dr. Thomas A. Iverson has practiced orthodontics in the Yuba Sutter area since 1987. He lives in Yuba City and enjoys cycling around the Buttes, traveling to Lake Tahoe, and rooting for Michigan Football.

In 1980, Dr. Iverson graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of California at San Diego with a major in Biology and a double minor in Psychology and Chemistry. In 1985, he graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry, located in Dallas, Texas. In 1987, Dr. Iverson received his certificate in Orthodontics along with a Masters in Oral Biology from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Education and Participation are important to Dr. Iverson. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists. He is an active participant in the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the local dental PPA. He is also a member of the Super Shulman Orthodontic study club, which is comprised of the top orthodontic practitioners in the country. Dr. Iverson is committed to staying in the forefront of orthodontics science by continuously attending numerous continuing education courses.
